Hello, I am Gary. Welcome to my site. After hurting my knee playing in a local soccer game, I had to figure out how to stay in shape without aggravating the injury. I tried bodyweight exercises, but that proved too much for my knee. I decided to create a personal exercise program that kept my body in shape without hurting my leg.
